To view insurances that I accept, you can visit either my Rula or my Headway profile by clicking on the links below.

1. Rula.com by clicking here in order to use any of the insurance providers listed on their website
2. Headway.co by clicking here if your insurance is not accepted by Rula
3. If you do not have any insurance and are self pay, you can book a session by clicking here
   

Out of network options

If your plan is not listed on the Rula.com or Headway.co profile of mine, you can still work with us. Many clients use out of network benefits. We will provide a detailed superbill that you can submit to your insurer for possible reimbursement. You may also pay with HSA or FSA funds if your plan allows.

How to check your benefits

Call the member line on your insurance card and ask the following:

• Do I have mental health coverage for outpatient psychotherapy with an LMFT

• What is my copay or coinsurance

• What is my deductible and how much of it has been met

• Do I need a referral or prior authorization

• What is my coverage for telehealth visits
